Description for Normal rate:
|
- All Corporate events, regardless of time or
day (Monday-Saturday)
- All events held prior to 6pm on weekdays
- Personal rental for parties,
practice or testing
- Event location must be indoors, and a
minimum 45 feet long by 10 feet wide.
- Rental includes track setup, track breakdown
and 2 hour block for race.

Description for special rate:
|
- Event must be an official race for
a nonprofit group
- Cub Scout Pinewood Derby, Awana
Grand Prix, Girl Scout Unit, Boy Scout Troop
- Weekday - Race start time
is 6:00pm or later
- Saturday - Race start time can be anytime
- Not for practice or test track purposes
- Event location must be indoors, and a
minimum 45 feet long by 10 feet wide.
- RentMyTrack reserves the right to
define what events get this special rate
- Rental includes track setup, track
breakdown and 1 hour block for race.
